Order process & confirmation

All orders are processed within two business days at POC´s distribution center in Saltsjöbaden, Sweden. Shipping takes between 3 and 7 working days depending on where in the world you are located. Please refer to our shipping section for more details regarding this. We operate Monday to Friday and not on public holidays. A preliminary confirmation will be sent to you by email when your order is placed. Once your package is shipped we will send you an email with final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect it.

Collecting Orders

Within Sweden
Swedish orders are delivered with DHL. You will get a note in your mailbox when the package is ready for pick up at your local postal center.

Collecting International Orders


We only deliver within EU. International orders are shipped with UPS. Please note that the goods cannot be left to you without a signature and that the couriers ususally operate between 08.00-17.00 (8am-5pm) business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address (recommended). Shipping costs will be added to your order and displayed at checkout.

Credit card
We accept these credit and debits cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
 When placing an order the full amount is reserved on your account by POC. Payment is debited from your card at time of dispatch. All transaction on POCsports.com are processed using DIBS, a third party secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. POC makes the reservation to delay any order if we suspect a further security control is needed. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.


Paypal
PayPal stores and safeguards your card and bank details, enabling you to pay online without entering your sensitive financial information every time you shop. You speed through checkout in just a few clicks, PayPal takes the payment from your card or PayPal- balance directly, and your payment details are never shared with the merchants.

Klarna
Invoice (for Sweden,Finland, Germany and Holland only)
 POC offers payment against an invoice, done in cooperation with Klarna. They carry out a standard credit check when an order against an invoice is placed and you will then receive the invoice with your ordered package. Payment must be fulfilled within 14 days. In order to pay with invoice you just simply choose to pay with Klarna at checkout and fill in your personal records. You will instantly be informed if your application has been approved and we can immediately proceed processing your order. If your application is not approved you can go back to the shopping bag and choose another payment method.  If you have any questions regarding your payment against invoice, please contact Klarna. Please note that when ordering against an invoice your shipping address needs to be your registered residence.

Taxes and Duties
European Union
If your country is part of the European Union (EU), prices include Swedish VAT at 25 %. All countries within the European Union are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the price displayed at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges
During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items. The order must be returned to us in perfect condition in original packaging and accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. POC cannot accept returns where labels have been removed.
Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. POC will not charge additional shipping on exchanges.

Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. You will find an attached Return Form within in the order package which has to be filled out. Remember to state your order number. Also clarify which items you are sending back. Enclose the form with your returning items. If you want to make sure the new items are reserved for you in stock, email us at shop@pocsports.com with a clear description of the matter. All exchanges are subject to availability.
