Snowboarding was just coming up in Austria. I watched this “new sport” when I went skiing and wanted to try myself. First time I broke my wrist though...

Just can get enough of this feeling to surf down the mountain

Advice to beginners:
The best one always is the one who enjoys most what he/she is doing – no matter on which level you are playing
A training week:
I try to do as much outside as possible. Luckily as a freerider you do not have to follow such a strict training plan. However, I think it is really important to have as much functional power as possible. Keeping my movements diverse feels the best for my body.
