The POC Team is looking for an exceptionally creative spirit to with a conceptual talent and the drive to implement ideas, while continuing to build a strong brand. This individual needs to be a high energy with an entrepreneurial way of thinking, who can manage multiple moving pieces while remaining focused on long-term digital brand development and implementing high quality digital experiences.

This person will be responsible for the conception, optimization and the enhancement of POC’s global digital experience while bringing our high brand standards to life in a multi-channel environment. The Web & UX/UI Designer will also play an important role in the development of POC’s global digital business. This position reports to the Global Digital Director.


    • Develop and implement unique and high-quality global online campaigns (newsletter, social, display, website)
    • Optimize our global website: conception, design moods, drafting, prototyping
    • Administrate and optimize product display pages (image creation, resizing and DAM upload, support A/B tests with designs)
    • Implement a variety of creative projects with the POC Digital Team
    • Make sure our website and campaigns meet our high standards of CD and CI
    • Analyze UX/UI trends and implement on our website together with our development agency
    • Support our multi-channel approach and work closely with other digital sales channels
    • Continuous alignment with our Brand and Content Team 


    • 1-3 years experience in conceptual design and a deep understanding of user experience and usability
    • 1-3 years industry experience as a UX/UI designer for digital projects, focused on eCommerce
    • Bachelor’s degree in design/graphics or similar
    • Proficient in all the usual software applications, esp. Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch or similar
    • Fluent in spoken as well as written English and preferably German as well
    • Enjoy working in a team as well as having experience in project leadership
    • Ideally skills in HTML5 /CSS
    • Enthusiasm for our brand and the outdoor industry, thorough understanding of sports, adventure, lifestyle and imaging
    • Valid work permit for Europe
