Delivery terms Europe

Order process & confirmation

All orders are processed within two business days at POC´s warehouse in NL in Europe and in SLC in the United States. Shipping takes between 2 and 9 working days depending on where in the world you are located. We operate Monday to Friday and not on public holidays. A preliminary confirmation will be sent to you by email when your order is placed. Once your package is shipped we will send you an email with final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect it.

Collecting International Orders

We deliver within EU and to North America (USA and Canada).

EU orders are shipped with UPS. North American orders are shipped with Ground shipping only. POC can not offer express delivery. Please note that the goods cannot be left to you without a signature and that the couriers usually operate between 08.00-17.00 (8am-5pm) business days.

Shipping costs will be added to your order and displayed at checkout.

*please note that US and CAN orders placed before noon MST will ship same day, orders placed after noon MST will ship next day

Returns & Exchanges
During 30 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items. The order must be returned to us in perfect condition in original packaging and accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. POC cannot accept returns where labels have been removed.
Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. POC will not charge additional shipping on exchanges.


Returns & Refunds North America

POC will take back any product purchased within 30 days from our website. POC North America does not accept any returns on products that were purchased with pro deal codes. To get your return started, please call Customer Service at 801-365-5550 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. We also ask that all items be returned in perfect condition with original packaging and tags still attached. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense. Once the product has been received back to us, please allow 2 weeks for the refund to credit back to your bank account.


Return orders in Europe
Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Please contact for how to proceed with your return. Remember to state your order number, also clarify which items you are sending back. Enclose the form with your returning items. All exchanges are subject to availability. Items bought at the POC webshop cannot be exchanged or refunded at our stores.
