We hope you are completely satisfied with your products, but if you do need to return them, you have 30 days from when you receive your package to make a return. All returns items must be as new and include all original tags and product packaging. Please note: returns need to be sent to our warehouse in the Netherlands and we do not cover cost of postage of the return or return labels.
Return steps1. Visit our dedicated returns site to complete your return: Return portal
2. You will receive an email confirmation from us that will include your returns label.
3. Either print this label and attach it to your package, or simply write the RA number (return authorisation) on the outside of your package.
4. Post your package back to us. We do not cover the cost of postage. Keep proof of postage.
5. You will be refunded as soon as your return has been fully processed, which can be up to 10 days after we receive your returned goods.
Use the shipping method of your choice when returning items to us. POC is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages. We suggest you insure any package you return through the carrier. Keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed.
Credit card refunds will be made to the card used for the original purchase. Paypal refunds are credited to the Paypal account.
Shipping of incorrect items
If we have delivered the wrong item to you, we will provide a call tag. Please contact us before proceeding with the return.
