Digital Marketing Specialist – Key Accounts

POC is a Swedish company with a strong mission to protect lives and reduce the consequences of accidents for athletes and anyone inspired to be one. The Digital Marketing Specialist – Key Accounts will play a key role in spreading our brand mission, increasing brand awareness, executing go-to-market plans & campaigns, and helping to expand our audience on POC´s E-Tail partners channels. The person will play a critical role in the effectiveness of POC’s marketing efforts and will work closely with the Marketing Manager, the E-Tail team and the greater marketing & brand team. The role will be responsible to strengthen the collaborations with important E-Tail Partner and bring marketing campaigns alive on their sales and marketing channels.


  • Planning of the annual marketing campaigns with POC´s most important E-tail partner, in close alignment with the POC E-tail sales team and the e-tail partner´s team.
  • Holistic thinking in the campaign planning, considering a balance of the given objectives (Brand Awareness, Consumer Engagement, Sell-Trough).
  • Choosing the right channel and marketing mix given the accounts possibilities (campaign pages, Newsletters, social activation, digital banner, sponsored products, …)
  • Preparation and execution of the planned marketing campaigns with the support of the brand team.
  • Budget responsibility and tracking within the yearly marketing budget.
  • Tracking and analyzing performance of the executed campaigns (KPI´s like impressions, conversions, clicks,…) and give recommendations to the Online Key Account Manager based on the observations.
  • Support the Online Key Account manager to ensure an advanced brand presentation on brand stores and product detailed pages (supplying the right assets/images to the partners team).
  • Close alignment with POC´s brand team to best communicate the needs of E-tailers and transform global brand campaigns and content deliveries to their requirements.


  • 1-3 year of work experience in digital marketing (sports industry preferred)
  • Strong service mind, highly organized, efficient, team player, proactive, and energetic
  • Solid critical & creative thinking and problem-solving & analytical skills
  • Basic skills in Photoshop and InDesign
  • Understanding of wholesale sales practices & online sales
  • Fluent in English & German

  • Salary: For legal reasons, we are obliged to point out the minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement 2024. However, our salary packages are based on current market salaries depending on your experience and skills.
