We do not guarantee that all the items available at the Pocsports.com web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order we will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail. POC cannot warrant that the content of Pocsports.com is at all time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. POC may at any time change the content of the site. Though POC strives to always display the correct texts, images and pricing in the site and web shop, errors can occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount when shopping from the web shop, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. If we are unable to get in touch with you, your order will be automatically cancelled.
Part of the services mediated through Pocsports.com are performed and concerned for by outside organizations. In situations where POC act as an agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. POC cannot be held responsible for any damaged caused from using the site or for that matter not being able to use the site. POC cannot guarantee a problem-free uninterrupted and secure access to the web site.
Shopping at POCSPORTS.COM
Shopping directly at Pocsports.com is a convenient service for our customers. We’re open 24/7 for you to find your favorite items. The full line from every collection will be made available as soon as they arrive at POC. When you receive your package you can try your gear in the privacy of your own home and we have a 30-day return period if you need to send something back for a full refund. We operate Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (working days) and not on public holidays.

Violation of Rules
POC reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Individuals violating the restriction of password protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.
In case of Force Majeure, POC´s’ obligations are suspended. The contract between you and POC can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by POC. A Force Majeure is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, UFO`s, natural disasters or similar events. POC will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.
All transactions on POCsports.com are processed using Adyen, a third party secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. POC makes the reservation to delay any order if we suspect a further security control is needed. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.
We accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express. When placing an order the full amount is reserved on your account by POC. Payment is debited from your card at time of dispatch.
PAYPAL (EU, NO, CH, UK only)
PayPal stores and safeguards your card and bank details, enabling you to pay online without entering your sensitive financial information every time you shop. You speed through checkout in just a few clicks, PayPal takes the payment from your card or PayPal- balance directly, and your payment details are never shared with the merchants.
Order Process & Confirmation
All orders are processed within two business days at POC´s warehouse in NL in Europe and in SLC in the United States. Shipping takes between 2 and 9 working days depending on where in the world you are located. We operate Monday to Friday and not on public holidays. A preliminary confirmation will be sent to you by email when your order is placed. Once your package is shipped we will send you an email with final confirmation.
Taxes and Duties
For US orders shipping to UT and CO you will see a sales tax on their order. This will reflect during checkout. Orders going to Canada are subject to taxes depending on where they're headed to, however, all duties are included in the cost of the goods.
For orders to the European Union (EU) Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, prices include VAT. All countries within the European Union are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the price displayed at checkout.
Collecting International Orders
POC delivers within select countries in Europe (see list of countries below) and to North America (USA and Canada). Due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If you wish to send products to more than one address, please place one order for each address. You will be charged for shipping on each order.
EU orders are shipped with UPS and DHL. North American orders are shipped with Fed Ex. POC cannot offer express delivery to Canada or Europe at this time. Please note that the goods cannot be left to you without a signature and that the couriers usually operate between 08.00-17.00 (8am-5pm) business days.
Shipping costs will be added to your order and displayed at checkout.

POC SPORTS ONLINE STORE RETURN PROCESS
To return an item you must contact us within 30 days from the date your package arrives. POC is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages and we suggest that you insure the returned package(s) through the carrier and obtain and keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed. Returns must be in new condition and include all original tags product packaging. The Manufacturer’s packaging must be clear of writings or markings. Items bought at pocsports.com cannot be exchanged or refunded at our stores.
Please do not return an item without getting a Return Authorization (RA) number. POC cannot accept returned merchandise without an RA.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) -
US: Please email email@example.com or call us at 801-365-5550 to request a Return Authorization (RA). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returned merchandise without an RA.
EU: Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Return Authorization (RA).
POC North America does not accept any returns on products that were purchased with pro deal codes.
All returns must be in perfect condition and include all original tags (attached) as well as manufacturers packaging. POC is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages and we suggest that you insure the returned package through the carrier along with holding onto the tracking information.
POC North America does not accept any returns on products that were purchased with pro deal codes. Please note that POC is currently unable to issue direct exchanges, however we are happy to take product back as a return that fits within our return policy and help facilitate your purchase of the correct product.
Credit card refunds are credited back to the card used for the original purchase. Paypal refunds are credited back to the paypal account. Refunds are issued as soon as POC has fully processed the return and received the returned goods. This can take up to 10 business days.
RETURN SHIPPING METHODS -
Please use the shipping method of your choice to return your package back to POC. Return shipping costs and other incidental fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
