Order process & confirmation
We accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express. When placing an order the full amount is reserved on your account by POC. Payment is debited from your card at time of dispatch. All transactions on POCsports.com are processed using Adyen, a third party secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. POC makes the reservation to delay any order if we suspect a further security control is needed. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.
Taxes and Duties
For US orders shipping to UT and CO you will see a sales tax on their order. This will reflect during checkout. Orders going to Canada are subject to taxes depending on where they're headed to, however, all duties are included in the cost of the goods.
Order Process & Confirmation
All orders are processed within two business days at POC's warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah. Ground shipping takes between 2 and 9 working days depending on where in North America you are located. We operate Monday to Friday and not on public holidays. An order confirmation will be sent to you by email when your order is placed. Note we are currently unable to send out tracking information or update order status online. You may email email@example.com or call 801-365-5550 for tracking, which is typically available 24 hours after placing your order. Our offices and warehouses operate Monday - Friday 8am-5pm MST.

Returns & Exchanges
POC North America does not accept any returns on products purchased with pro deal codes. POC will take back product purchased within 30 days from our website. For a full refund, all items must be returned in new condition with original packaging and tags still attached.
To start your return process, please call Customer Service at 801-365-5550 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. POC cannot accept returned merchandise without a Return Authorization (RA) number. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense. POC is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages and we suggest that you insure the returned package(s) through the carrier and obtain and keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed. Once the product has been received back to us, please allow 2 weeks for the refund to credit back to your bank account.
POC is currently unable to issue direct exchanges, however we are happy to take product back as a return that fits within our return policy and help facilitate your purchase of the correct product.
