We hope you are completely satisfied with your products, but if you do need to return them, you have 30 days from when you receive your package to make a return. All returns items must be as new and include all original tags and product packaging. 

The return process differs depending on your location, so please follow the relevant instructions below.


1. Please fill out our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request, here. RMA Form 
2. Include your RMA number on the exterior of your package when you mail it back to us. We are unable to accept any item returned without an RMA, and we do not cover the cost of shipping.
3. You will be refunded as soon as your return has been fully processed, which can be up to 10 days after we receive your returned goods.

We are unable to accept any returns on products purchased with pro deal codes.

Note: for Canadian orders, please provide us with your tracking number for your return so we can credit you as soon as we receive your product. Otherwise, you may experience considerable delays in receiving your credit.

General Terms
Use the shipping method of your choice when returning items to us. POC is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages. We suggest you insure any package you return through the carrier. Keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed.

Credit card refunds will be made to the card used for the original purchase. Paypal refunds are credited to the Paypal account.

Shipping of incorrect items
If we have delivered the wrong item to you, we will provide a call tag. Please contact us before proceeding with the return.
