Logistics Coordinator
To strengthen our team at the Salzburg location, we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator.
COMPANY
As a growing subsidiary of an internationally represented sports goods corporation, we are seeking energetic additional support in the office area.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contact person for our suppliers and 3PL partners (global)
- Close collaboration and supervision of our warehouses
- Organization and handling of international shipments with freight carriers
- Optimization of shipments
- Booking and provision of data in the ERP system
- Creation of item master data and maintenance
- Close communication with our Customer Service Team in Salzburg
- Close collaboration with the International Global Supply Chain Team
- Participation in the team for current and international projects
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent German and English language skills in both written and spoken form are a requirement.
- Completed commercial education (HAK/HAS, HBLA, or equivalent).
- Experience in the field of logistics/supply chain management is advantageous.
- Previous experiences in logistics or customs clearance (preferably in the sports industry).
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX is advantageous.
- Team spirit, strong communication skills, and sociability.
- Resilience and flexibility.
- Enthusiasm for sports.
